Bio
I'm new to Raw Food and am in need of support. I'mexcited to find a local group that I can join!

I have three kids and will still have to prepare food for them, (they don't eat junk but I do give them fish, free range chicken, etc), so temptations will be in my face...literally, but I WANT this more than anything right now. I work a regular 40 hour work week but I'll be fine there...the mass amounts of muffins, bagels, junk...(always an excuse for a birthday or some other type of party)...never "really" tempted me before.

I'm a Graphic Designer (for the government...boo) and am looking for a new change of pace. I went to the Corcoran College of Art for Fine Arts Photography and still shoot daily and have shows in the area.

I love my friends but they are stuck on SAD and I can't even talk to them about this life-changing adventure I'm about to embark on! It will be nice to have support elsewhere...looking forward to making new friends, receiving tips, figuring out great spots to shop for fresh organic produce (Other than Wholefoods), receive recipes and dining out tips!
Hobbies (it's really not that bad, everyone has hobbies...and we want to know what yours are!)
Photography, Reading, Nature (anything outdoors), Cooking, Spending time with family.
Diet/Lifestyle preferences?
Vegetarian, Raw-curious
Favorite raw food (fruit, vegetable, nut, seed, legume)?
