This is a SUPER SIMPLE recipe ... and yummy.

1 pound fresh muchrooms
1 bell pepper (i used sun dried tomatoes instead)
1 cup pitted raw olives
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil (i used tai basil in this recipe)

Apple - Carrot Breakfast or snack.

This is a quick and easy food processor recipe. Use the metal "S" blade in the bottom of the food processor.

1 apple, cored
1 large carrot, trimmed, washed
1 handful pecans

Hey Everyone,

Not sure if you will read this or not. As of tonight (whenever I close this computer!) 3/5 through 3/7 I intend to be 100% electronic free! So if you don't hear from me don't be surprised!
